Manchester, NH (September 2, 2026) – A young cyclist was seriously hurt Monday evening, August 31, when a vehicle struck the bicycle on Lake Avenue and Belmont Street.

The Manchester Police Department was called to the intersection around 6:38 p.m. where they found a 2007 Dodge Caliber driven by a 39-year-old Manchester man who was not hurt.

The accident left the young rider with serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The Manchester Police Department Traffic Unit is working to determine what led to the crash.

We hope for a full and speedy recovery for the injured cyclist.

How Do Bicycle Injury Claims Involving Minors Work in Manchester, NH?

When a minor is hurt in a bicycle collision in Manchester, a parent or legal guardian typically must bring any personal injury claim on the child’s behalf, since minors generally cannot pursue litigation directly.

These kinds of accidents can leave victims facing injuries like fractures, road rash, and head trauma and they tend to require extended medical monitoring, especially for a young patient who is still growing. Consequently, families face ongoing costs for follow-up appointments, physical therapy, and, in some cases, long-term monitoring for injuries that were not immediately apparent at the scene.

New Hampshire follows a modified comparative negligence rule, in which a person can recover damages as long as they are not found more than 50 percent at fault for the crash, though any award is reduced by their own share of responsibility.

When minors are involved, fault determinations can get complicated, which is why many people turn to a Manchester personal injury lawyer. A lawyer can help gather police reports, witness accounts, and other evidence to support the family’s position before insurers weigh in.

In New Hampshire, the standard personal injury statute of limitations to fill a personal injury claim is three years from the date of the crash. However, when a minor is involved, that clock is generally paused until the child turns 18, which gives them up to three years from their 18th birthday to file a claim on their own behalf, though a parent or guardian can still pursue the claim earlier on the child’s behalf.

If your family is dealing with an accident involving a child in Manchester, our team at Stephen Law can help you understand what comes next. We can walk you through the claims process and what to expect based on the details of your situation.

You can reach Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007 to speak directly with our team. We are here to answer all your questions and help you move forward.

Nashua, NH (August 31, 2026) – A rollover crash with entrapment was reported on Monday morning, August 31, on Daniel Webster Highway.

According to authorities, the Nashua Police and two ambulances were requested to respond to the wreck around 9:15 a.m. in the area of 255 Daniel Webster Highway.

At least one person was trapped and needed to be freed by emergency units following the rollover.

There are no details regarding how the accident occurred. Officials continue to actively investigate the cause of the collision.

We hope everyone affected recovers quickly and fully.

How Do Rollover Crashes Investigation Work in Nashua, NH

Rollover crashes usually point to a more severe collision, since it typically takes significant speed, a sharp steering input, or an object like a curb or guardrail to cause a vehicle to flip.

New Hampshire follows a modified comparative negligence rule, in which an injured driver can still recover damages as long as they are found 50% or less at fault, with any award reduced according to their share of responsibility.

In a rollover, physical evidence like tire marks, the vehicle’s final resting position, and damage patterns can all help establish what caused the loss of control in the first place. This could be whether that was another driver’s actions, a road hazard, or a mechanical issue with the vehicle itself.

Rollovers typically leave extensive vehicle damage, which makes it more difficult to obtain evidence once repairs or salvage begin. A car accident lawyer can help request that the vehicle is preserved for inspection, obtain the police report once finalized, and work with an accident reconstruction specialist to determine whether driver error, a road condition, or a vehicle defect contributed to the rollover.

If you have been involved in a car accident in Hillsborough County or anywhere across New Hampshire, we can help. At Stephen Law, we can help you understand what legal avenues may be open for you based on the specific details of your accident.

You can call Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007 if you have any questions. Our team is ready to help you sort through your options.

Manchester, NH (August 27, 2026) – A 63-year-old Manchester man suffered serious injuries on Tuesday afternoon, August 25, when his motorcycle collided with an SUV at the intersection of Hanover Street and Lincoln Street.

Manchester Police and emergency units responded to the intersection around 1:21 p.m. after reports of a wreck that involved a motorcycle. A 2005 Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a 2017 Buick Encore were involved, according to officials.

The motorcycle was headed east on Hanover Street, while the SUV was headed north on Lincoln Street at the time. The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The driver of the Buick, a 65-year-old Manchester woman, was unharmed.

The cause of the accident remains under review.

We wish the injured motorcyclist a full and speedy recovery.

Why Insurance Coverage Matters for Motorcyclists in Manchester, NH

New Hampshire is one of the few states that doesn’t require drivers to carry auto insurance at all, a detail that can directly affect how an injured motorcyclist ultimately gets compensated after being hit by someone without coverage.

Motorcyclists tend to face more medical costs than occupants of other vehicles, since there’s little structure around them to absorb the force of a crash. As a result, they can face injuries such as fractures, road rash, and joint injuries, and recovery can involve extended physical therapy long after the initial hospital visit ends.

Since New Hampshire doesn’t mandate insurance, many injured motorcyclists consequently end up relying on their own underinsured or uninsured motorist coverage to recover damages when the at-fault driver has little or no insurance.

New Hampshire follows a modified comparative negligence rule, in which a person can still recover damages as long as they’re found less than 51% at fault. To sort through these struggles, many victims rely on the guidance of a Manchester motorcycle accident lawyer to understand their own policy limits and any available coverage before determining where a claim can realistically go.

If you have been involved in a motorcycle accident, our team at Stephen Law can help figure out what coverage may apply to your case and how to move forward.

You can call Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007 to go over your available options. Our team is here to help you understand your rights and clear all your doubts.

Tamworth, NH (August 25, 2026) – A deadly crash took place on Route 16 near Maple Road on Monday afternoon, August 24. Authorities said the vehicles involved two vehicles and left one person dead.

The New Hampshire State Police were called to the road just after 5:00 p.m. A preliminary investigation found that a Subaru Forester traveling north crossed into the southbound lane and struck a Nissan Rogue head-on.

A 46-year-old passenger riding in the Nissan was pronounced dead at the scene. Both drivers were evaluated as a precaution but were not hurt.

The wreck forced the closure of a stretch of Route 16 for about five hours while crews worked at the site.

It is not clear why the Subaru crossed into the oncoming lane, and the investigation remains ongoing.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the passenger’s family during this incredibly difficult time.

Who Can File a Wrongful Death Claim After a Fatal Crash in Tamworth, NH?

In New Hampshire, a personal representative of the deceased’s estate, typically a spouse, adult child, or other close relative appointed by the court, can file a wrongful death claim.

The wrongful death action seeks compensation for the family’s financial and emotional losses stemming from a death caused by another party’s negligence.

For the family left behind, this claim recognizes losses that go well beyond funeral and burial costs. Surviving relatives can also seek compensation for the financial support the deceased would have provided, along with the loss of companionship and guidance that can’t easily be measured but is still recognized under New Hampshire law.

New Hampshire follows a modified comparative negligence rule, which can reduce or bar recovery if they’re found more than 50 percent at fault. However, passengers are rarely at fault since they are not the ones driving, so this rule typically doesn’t affect the limit that families can pursue.

New Hampshire sets a two-year deadline for filing a wrongful death claim, so it is important to act before that window closes. A wrongful death attorney can petition to have a family member appointed administrator of the estate and can work to obtain crash reconstruction findings and witness statements before that information becomes harder to access.

At Stephen Law, we have represented families across New Hampshire pursuing wrongful death claims after crashes like this one. Our team understands how disorienting this process can feel while grieving, and we are open to help.

We can review the details of your case and explain what next steps could be available for your family. Call Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007 to talk with our team and clear your doubts.

Spofford, NH (August 21, 2026) – Four people were taken to hospitals on Thursday afternoon, August 20, after a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 63 in Spofford.

The Chesterfield police responded to the crash and confirmed all four people were transported for treatment. No further details about their conditions have been released.

Authorities continue to investigate.

We hope everyone involved recovers fully.

How New Hampshire’s Fault Rules Affect Multi-Person Crash Claims in Spofford, NH

New Hampshire follows a modified comparative negligence rule, in which an injured person can recover damages as long as they’re found 50% or less at fault for a crash, with compensation reduced by their own percentage of responsibility.

Insurance companies usually assign different fault percentages to each driver, which can affect how much each injured person is able to recover.

When multiple people are hurt in the same crash, each person’s claim is generally evaluated on its own, even though they all stem from the same collision. This means one passenger’s injuries and treatment needs could look very different from another’s, and settlement amounts can vary significantly between people involved in the identical crash based on their individual circumstances.

Determining fault between two drivers can directly impact four separate injury claims, which is why a car accident lawyer can review the police report, gather witness statements, and make sure each injured person’s claim is evaluated fairly rather than lumped together with the others.

Sorting out fault and compensation when several people are hurt in the same crash can get complicated quickly, especially when insurers try to divide blame in ways that reduce their payouts.

If you were hurt in a collision, our team at Stephen Law can take a closer look at how fault could be assigned in your case. We can review the details of your crash and help you better understand your options.

Manchester, NH (August 20, 2026) – A Manchester man was arrested on Monday evening, August 17, after a multi-vehicle collision on Elm Street caused injuries to those involved

Manchester Police were called to Elm Street around 5:50 p.m. after receiving reports of a wreck involving several vehicles and possible entrapment. Dispatchers later relayed that the driver of a pickup truck was suspected of operating under the influence.

Once on-site, emergency units evaluated everyone involved, and found several people with only minor injuries. Police then administered field sobriety tests to the truck’s driver.

The driver was taken into custody and now faces multiple charges stemming from the arrest.

Police continue to investigate the accident.

We hope for a full recovery of those involved.

What Determines Fault After a DUI Accident in Manchester, NH?

In New Hampshire, fault after a Manchester impaired-driving case is established through breathalyzer or blood test results, police reports, and witness statements gathered along the roadway. This evidence, combined with New Hampshire’s comparative negligence law, determines how liability is divided among the parties involved.

Victims hurt in impaired-driving cases tend to be left dealing with medical bills, missed work, and lasting physical pain. Some also face ongoing pain requiring physical therapy or specialist care long after initial treatment ends.

Insurance companies can try to minimize payouts in cases that involve alleged drunk driving, which is where a drunk driver accident lawyer can provide guidance on gathering evidence and calculating damages.

At Stephen Law, our team has worked with many car accident victims in Manchester and across New Hampshire to help them walk through the claim process and understand what they may be entitled to under state law.

Goffstown, NH (August 19, 2026) – A woman and her daughter were seriously injured in a head-on collision that took place on Mast Road in Goffstown on Sunday, August 16. Goffstown Fire and emergency services were called to the scene to assist the injured.

According to officials, a driver drifted across the center line and struck the victim’s vehicle head-on. The woman later said the driver had fallen asleep at the wheel just before the collision occurred.

The wreck left the woman with broken ribs, a broken hand, bruised lungs, and a concussion. Her daughter, who was riding with her at the time, broke her back and will need surgery.

Details about the other driver involved have not been made public. The investigation into this collision remains ongoing.

Our thoughts are with the woman and her daughter as they recover.

Why Drowsy Driving Crashes Happen in Goffstown, NH

Drowsy driving crashes usually happen when a driver goes without adequate sleep, works long or irregular shifts, or drives during late-night and early-morning hours when the body’s natural sleep cycle takes over. Undiagnosed sleep disorders and certain medications can also increase the risk.

Typically, to determine fault in a drowsy driving case, investigators look at evidence that shows if the driver was impaired by fatigue at the time of the crash, such as statements from witnesses, cell phone records, or a driver’s own admission.

New Hampshire follows a modified comparative negligence rule, in which a person can still recover compensation as long as they are not found more than 50 percent at fault for what happened. After this type of crash, people are generally encouraged to seek medical attention promptly, even for injuries that seem minor at first, since some symptoms can take time to appear.

A police report can play an important part in these types of cases, since it documents statements made at the scene, initial observations from officers, and other details that can support a claim later on.

A car accident lawyer can then help review the report alongside other evidence to help establish how a crash happened and who may be responsible. Legal guidance can also help clarify how all this documentation can build a claim destined to recover damages.

At Stephen Law, we know that it can be hard to understand what steps to take after a serious crash. Our team has worked with numerous car accident victims across New Hampshire to walk them through the legal journey.

We can review the details of your specific situation and explain the options that may apply for you under state law. You can call Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007 to speak directly with our team and clear your doubts.

Manchester, NH (August 17, 2026) – A person was ejected in a crash on Sunday, August 16. The accident took place in a parking lot near Hooksett Road, close to a local racetrack.

The Manchester Police and emergency units requested two ambulances to respond to the parking lot. The number of vehicles involved had not been confirmed at the time of this report.

The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under review.

We hope those affected can recover quickly.

How Are Parking Lot Accidents Handled Under New Hampshire Law?

Parking lot cases are generally handled the same way as roadway cases under New Hampshire law, which means fault still depends on which driver failed to exercise reasonable care, even though there are no posted traffic signals to rely on.

Because parking lots lack the clear right-of-way rules that govern intersections, determining fault usually comes down to who was backing out, who had already established the right of way, or whether posted lot signage was followed.

New Hampshire follows a modified comparative fault rule, barring recovery for anyone found 51% or more at fault for a crash. Surveillance footage from nearby businesses, witness statements, and photos of vehicle positioning can all matter when determining fault in a parking lot accident.

A Manchester car accident attorney can help track down this kind of evidence quickly, since parking lot security footage is often overwritten within days.

At Stephen Law, we can answer all your questions after a crash in New Hampshire. If you or someone you know was involved in a crash, we can help explain how fault is typically evaluated in these cases.

To learn more, call Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007. Our team is available to help you sort through your options.

Keene, NH (August 6, 2026) – A driver was critically injured Tuesday evening, August 4, after a two-vehicle collision on Route 101 near Branch Road in Keene. A separate five-vehicle crash was later reported nearby while traffic remained backed up from the first collision.

As the Keene police reported, the initial crash occurred at approximately 5:16 p.m. Investigators said a westbound vehicle crossed the center line, struck an embankment, and then collided with an eastbound vehicle.

The westbound driver sustained critical injuries and was flown by medical helicopter to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center for advanced treatment, while the occupants of the eastbound vehicle were not hurt.

As traffic remained stopped during the investigation, a second series of collisions occurred near Graves Road. Police said a Mazda CX-30 entered Route 101 from a driveway and pulled into the path of an oncoming Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck. The resulting collision caused both vehicles to strike three additional vehicles that were waiting in traffic. The pickup truck driver was evaluated at the scene for their injuries.

The investigation into both collisions is ongoing.

Our thoughts are with those involved, and we wish them a full recovery.

How Can Multiple Related Crashes Affect Liability in Keene, NH?

When two collisions occur close together on the same roadway, each crash must be investigated on its own facts, even if one contributed to the conditions that led to the other. Liability for each is determined independently based on the conduct of the drivers involved and the evidence from each collision.

Investigators typically examine different types of evidence for each crash, including vehicle damage, roadway markings, witness statements, photographs, and any available electronic data.

New Hampshire follows a modified comparative fault system, which means responsibility can be shared among multiple parties when the evidence supports that conclusion. In chain-reaction or closely related collisions, each driver’s actions are evaluated individually, and fault is assigned according to each person’s contribution to the resulting injuries or property damage.

In these cases, a car accident lawyer can help review the available evidence, explain how comparative fault applies, and identify the parties who may be legally responsible.

Multiple collisions on the same roadway usually create additional questions about liability and insurance coverage. At Stephen Law, we can explain to you how New Hampshire law may apply to your circumstances and discuss the legal process based on the facts of your case.

If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to call our team at Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007. We are here to help you sort through your options and clear your doubts.

Westford, MA (August 6, 2026) – A 63-year-old man from Londonderry, New Hampshire, lost his life early Wednesday, August 5, following a two-vehicle collision on Interstate 495 North in Westford.

Massachusetts State Police said troopers were called to the highway at approximately 12:51 a.m. after receiving reports of the crash. When they arrived, they found that the driver of one of the vehicles had been ejected and sustained fatal injuries.

Traffic on I-495 North was affected for several hours while investigators documented the scene and removed the vehicles involved. All lanes reopened by approximately 4:45 a.m. The identity of the other driver and additional details about the collision have not been released.

The circumstances leading to the wreck remain under investigation.

We extend our sincere condolences to the victim’s family and loved ones during this challenging time.

Why Can Crash Reconstruction Be Critical After a Fatal Collision in Westford, MA?

Fatal motor vehicle collisions in Westford, MA require a detailed investigation to determine exactly how they occurred. In Massachusetts, crash reconstruction can become one of the most important tools for establishing liability when the available evidence is limited or the drivers’ accounts conflict.

Investigators may examine vehicle damage, tire marks, roadway conditions, electronic data, and the final resting positions of the vehicles to understand the sequence of events.

The findings from a reconstruction can influence both insurance claims and potential wrongful death litigation. When a driver has died, surviving family members may rely on objective evidence to establish negligence because the deceased is no longer able to provide their own account.

Witness statements, surveillance footage, photographs, and forensic analysis may all become valuable pieces of the investigation.

Massachusetts law allows eligible families to pursue a wrongful death claim when another person’s negligence caused a fatal collision. Because evidence can become more difficult to preserve as time passes, understanding the available documentation early is often beneficial.

A wrongful death attorney can review the investigative findings, identify additional sources of evidence when appropriate, and explain how Massachusetts law applies to the family’s circumstances.

At Stephen Law, we are here to help families understand how the wrongful death process works under Massachusetts law. We can review your case and walk you through what steps may be available for you.

Who Is Liable When a Crash Happens Near a Highway Ramp in New Hampshire?

Liability in a ramp-area crash typically comes down to which driver had the right-of-way as traffic merged, and New Hampshire’s comparative fault rules make that determination especially important.

Under the state’s modified comparative negligence standard, a person can still recover compensation as long as they are not found 51% or more at fault, but if fault is split closely, the outcome can shift the amount of compensation significantly.

Because fault in merging situations usually hinges on small details, evidence tends to disappear quickly. Traffic camera footage, skid marks, and witness recollections of a merge near an off-ramp typically don’t last long, and insurers reviewing a claim will probably weigh whatever documentation was gathered closest to the time of the crash.

A Manchester car accident attorney can be useful in these situations for requesting camera footage from nearby businesses or the highway system before it’s overwritten, since that footage can be the clearest evidence of who had the right-of-way.

In New Hampshire, claims stemming from a crash like this are generally subject to a three-year statute of limitations, which gives people some time to gather medical records and evidence, but insurers may still move quickly to assign fault while memories and footage are fresh.

Sorting out fault after a crash near a ramp isn’t always straightforward, and New Hampshire’s comparative negligence rules can make a real difference in the outcome. At Stephen Law, we are available to talk through what happened and help someone understand how those rules might apply to their situation.

Manchester, NH (July 29, 2026) – Four vehicles were involved in a collision on Tuesday afternoon, July 28, at the intersection of Jewett and Valley streets. Damage ranged from minor to severe among the vehicles involved.

Multiple people were hurt as a result. The Manchester Fire Department requested three ambulances to the intersection, though one was later cancelled.

Preliminary reports indicate one driver failed to stop at a red light before the wreck occurred. No further details about the accident were available.

The cause remains under investigation.

We hope everyone involved makes a full recovery.

Common Fault Questions That Arise after Multi-Vehicle Crashes in Manchester, NH

When multiple vehicles are involved in one crash, determining how much responsibility each driver bears is rarely straightforward. New Hampshire follows a modified comparative negligence rule, which means a driver can still recover damages as long as they are not found more than 50 percent at fault, though their compensation is reduced by their own share of responsibility.

People caught in multi-vehicle pileups can face a wide range of harm, from soft-tissue strains in cars that saw only minor damage to more serious harm in vehicles that absorbed the brunt of a forceful strike. Medical needs are not always obvious right away, and some symptoms surface only days later, making follow-up medical care important for anyone involved.

Sorting out fault among several drivers typically requires reviewing traffic camera footage, vehicle damage patterns, and witness accounts, since each insurer will look to minimize its own client’s share of liability.

A Manchester car accident attorney can help gather this evidence and negotiate with multiple insurance companies at once, which becomes especially important when the extent of the damage varies widely from vehicle to vehicle. Because New Hampshire reduces compensation in proportion to fault, a clear record of what took place can directly affect the amount a person can recover.

At Stephen Law, we can help review the available information and explain how New Hampshire’s fault rules may apply to your case.

If you have questions about your involvement in this crash, our team is ready to talk. You can reach Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007 to learn more about your options. We are here to help you clear your doubts.

Manchester, NH (July 28, 2026) – A crash with reported injuries occurred at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Brook Street in Manchester Monday morning, July 27.

Manchester Police were called to the scene at around 8:32 a.m. It is yet not clear the nature of the injuries of those involved.

The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under review.

We hope everyone involved recovers well.

What Should You Do After an Intersection Accident in Manchester, NH?

After an intersection accident in Manchester, it’s important to seek prompt medical evaluation, request a copy of the police report once available, and notify your insurance provider as soon as possible.

Intersection crashes frequently result in side-impact injuries, which can include fractures, head trauma, or spinal injuries depending on where a vehicle was struck. These injuries aren’t always apparent immediately, and some conditions, like concussions or soft tissue damage, can take hours or days to fully present.

New Hampshire follows a modified comparative negligence rule, in which an injured person can still recover damages as long as they’re found 50% or less at fault for the crash. Because intersection accidents typically involve disputes over who had the right of way or whether a traffic signal was followed, a Manchester car accident attorney can help gather witness statements, obtain the official police report, and review any available traffic camera footage to help establish how the crash occurred.

Figuring out the right next step after an intersection crash isn’t always obvious, especially while dealing with medical appointments and insurance calls at the same time. Therefore, our team at Stephen Law can look at the specifics of your situation and lay out the options in plain terms.

Reach Stephen Law directly at (877) 663-1007 to speak directly with our team. We are here to help you sort through your options.

Manchester, NH (July 23, 2026) – On Wednesday afternoon, July 22, a vehicle struck and injured two children on Harvard Street in Manchester.

Manchester Police say they received a call shortly after 4:20 p.m. reporting that a child had been struck near a home on the street. When emergency units arrived, they found that both a 7-year-old and an 8-year-old had been hit by the vehicle.

Neighbors said the street quickly filled with police cars and ambulances after the crash. “It was just chaotic,” said a neighbor, who added that the children had been playing outside moments earlier.

One child was taken to the hospital with a serious injury, while the other was treated for a minor injury. It remains unclear whether anyone will face charges in connection with the collision.

Manchester police continue to look into what led up to the wreck.

We hope both children make a full and speedy recovery.

What to Do if Your Child Is Hit by a Car in Manchester, NH

When a vehicle strikes a child on a quiet street like Harvard Street, questions may follow about driver attention and speed. Manchester includes many residential blocks similar to this one near busier corridors such as Elm Street and South Willow Street, where traffic shifts quickly between highway speeds and slower neighborhood driving.

New Hampshire law generally expects drivers to maintain control of their vehicle and adjust their speed for the surroundings, particularly in areas where children are commonly outside. An accident like this one raises real questions about how quickly a driver can react once a child enters their path.

Because children are minors, any money recovered on their behalf is treated differently than a typical settlement. Under New Hampshire law, a parent or next friend cannot simply accept a settlement for a child; once the net amount exceeds $10,000, a court must review and approve it, and a guardian of the child’s estate is typically appointed to hold the funds.

The money recovered is generally placed in a restricted account and isn’t released to the child until they turn 18. New Hampshire law also pauses the standard filing deadline while a person is a minor, so the clock generally doesn’t start running until the child’s 18th birthday, which gives families more time than an adult would have to bring a claim on the child’s behalf.

Families that have to deal with medical bills and lost time from work usually find it useful to consult a Manchester pedestrian accident lawyer, who can help gather medical records, request the official police report, and identify which insurance policies may apply, including the driver’s auto liability coverage.

If your child has been injured in a pedestrian accident in Manchester, we are here to offer clear and reliable legal guidance. At Stephen Law, we work with families across New Hampshire to help them walk through the legal process while fully understanding their options.

Our team is open to review your case and explain what legal avenues may be open for you. You can reach Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007 to learn more.

Wellfleet, MA (July 21, 2026) – An 83-year-old man died on Monday morning, July 20, after he was struck by a pickup truck while riding his bicycle on Route 6.

The collision happened shortly before 11 a.m. near the intersection of Route 6 and Lieutenant Island Road. The Truro and Eastham police departments, the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office, and the Cape Cod Regional Law Enforcement Council Crash Reconstruction Team assisted the scene.

The man was riding a bicycle when he was struck by a 2019 Toyota Tundra driven by a 37-year-old man from New Hampshire. He was taken to Cape Cod Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

The driver stayed nearby and has been cooperating with detectives as they look into what happened. His name has not been released.

The investigation into how the collision occurred remains active.

Our condolences go out to the man’s family and loved ones.

Fatal Bicycle Accidents in Wellfleet, MA: Legal Rights For Grieving Families

Massachusetts law gives cyclists the same legal right to use the road as motorists. Drivers must also leave at least three feet of space when passing a person on a bicycle.

When a cyclist is killed, Massachusetts allows a personal representative of the estate, typically a spouse, adult child, or another close relative appointed by the probate court, to bring a wrongful death claim on behalf of surviving family members.

This process differs from a standard injury claim, since it addresses the loss experienced by the family rather than the cyclist’s own medical expenses.

After a fatal accident, a wrongful death attorney can help a family understand what damages may be recoverable, which can include funeral and burial costs, lost income the person would have provided, and compensation for the loss of companionship and guidance.

Families pursuing this kind of claim need documentation such as the police report, the death certificate, medical records from the hospital, and any available witness statements to support the case. Legal guidance can help clarify what evidence is needed and how the filing process works under Massachusetts law.

Families facing the loss of a loved one in a bicycle wreck tend to have questions about where to begin. Our team at Stephen Law can go over the filing process and explain what information is typically needed based on the specific details of your case.

You can reach out to Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007 to speak directly to our team and learn more about your options.

Hillsborough, NH (July 18, 2026) – A 15-year-old boy was seriously hurt after a car struck his dirt bike at the intersection of West Main Street and Bridge Street in Hillsborough. The collision occurred on Friday, July 17, around 6:20 p.m., prompting a response from emergency units.

The Hillsborough Police Department responded to the crash and stated that a sedan driven by a 72-year-old man hit the teen while turning left from Bridge Street onto West Main Street. The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. The boy was taken to a hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Officials said sun glare may have contributed to the accident. No names were released in the initial report. An investigation into the cause is still underway.

We are thinking of the injured as they recover.

What Should Families Know After a Dirt Bike Crash in Hillsborough, NH?

After a dirt bike crash in Hillsborough, NH, families should prioritize medical care and document what happened. Even when injuries are not life-threatening, early evaluation helps track symptoms and supports any future claims. Keeping records of treatment, photos, and witness details can be useful later.

Injuries from these incidents may include fractures, head trauma, and soft tissue damage. Some symptoms can appear hours after the collision, which makes follow-up care important.

A car accident attorney can review the facts and explain what options may be available. Legal guidance can help clarify whether compensation may be pursued for medical costs, recovery time, or other losses, depending on the circumstances.

Alton, NH (July 17, 2026) – A man in his 50s was hurt on Friday, July 17, after he fell about 15 feet onto construction staging in Alton. Emergency units reached him after the fall and treated head and leg injuries.

The fall happened at a construction site in town. Responders found the man with injuries to his head and legs.

His name and age were not released following the accident. The exact address has been withheld so far.

Officials continue to look into what led to the fall, with more details expected later.

We hope the man makes a full and steady recovery.

What Steps Can Help After a Construction Fall in Alton, NH?

After a fall at a job site in Alton, a hurt worker should seek medical attention right away and report the fall to a supervisor as soon as possible. Documenting how the fall happened can matter later.

Alton sits along Route 11 and Route 28 in Belknap County, where construction and roadwork are common across the region. For instance, a study to identify congestion, safety, and multi-modal improvements on Route 11 is currently under planification.

Falls from height can cause serious harm. Victims may face head trauma, broken bones, or spinal damage. Some effects are clear at once, while others take time to appear, which is why prompt medical care is often advised.

A personal injury lawyer may be able to help a hurt worker understand the options available to them. Workplace falls can involve questions about coverage, third parties, and safety standards. Legal guidance can help clarify what documentation may be needed and what steps could be available going forward.

Our team at Stephen Law works with people hurt in construction falls across Belknap County. Our attorneys can explain what types of compensation may be available depending on the details of your situation.

To learn more about your options after a construction accident in Alton, NH we invite you to contact Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007.

Manchester, NH (July 15, 2026) – Two vehicles collided Sunday night, July 12, at the intersection of Granite Street and Canal Street, prompting a heavy response from emergency units.

The crash was reported shortly after 8:20 p.m. Manchester Police and emergency units arrived to find two vehicles involved, with no entrapment reported. Those on board were evaluated at the scene by emergency units.

Traffic in the area was affected while crews worked, and drivers were urged to seek alternate routes and use caution near stopped emergency vehicles. No further details about the wreck have been released.

The cause of the collision remains under review.

We hope those injured recover quickly and swiftly.

How Long Do Drivers Have to File a Claim After a Crash in Manchester, NH?

New Hampshire generally gives victims three years from the date of a crash to file a personal injury lawsuit, under the state’s statute of limitations for personal injury claims. If claimants miss this window, it generally means losing the right to pursue compensation through the courts entirely.

That three-year clock matters even when injuries seem minor at first. Whiplash, soft tissue damage, or joint pain can take days or weeks to fully surface, and waiting too long to seek treatment can complicate both recovery and any later claim.

It is also important to note that insurance companies tend to look closely at gaps between a crash and a medical visit, so to get evaluated as soon as possible helps protect both health and any deadline-driven paperwork down the road.

In these cases, a Manchester car accident attorney can help track the filing deadline while also handling the practical side of a claim, like communicating with insurance adjusters or ordering records connected to the crash.

Legal guidance can be useful early on, since gathering documentation, witness accounts, and medical records takes time, and starting that process well before the three-year mark tends to strengthen a person’s position.

Because deadlines don’t pause for insurance negotiations, it helps to have clarity early rather than later. At Stephen Law, we can go over how New Hampshire’s filing window may apply to your case and explain what options may be open for you.

If you were involved in a collision in Manchester, contact Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007. We are available to help you clear your doubts.

Nashua, NH (July 2, 2026) – Several people, including multiple children, were hurt on Wednesday afternoon, July 1, after a three-vehicle wreck near mile marker 7 of the Everett Turnpike northbound in Nashua.

New Hampshire State Police rushed to the scene just after 4:30 p.m. Officials said a vehicle driven by Gyna Santana, 35, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was struck from behind by another driver who failed to slow for stopped traffic. The impact pushed Santana’s car into a third vehicle driven by Madison Berube, 30, of Hooksett.

Santana, Berube, and several children riding in the vehicles were taken to the hospital following the collision. Their conditions have not been detailed publicly.

The driver who caused the initial impact, 69-year-old Theresa Douville of Hooksett, was seriously hurt and was later pronounced dead at the hospital despite life-saving efforts.

Three northbound lanes were shut down for about an hour while emergency units worked to clear the area.

State Police continue to investigate this wreck.

We offer our deepest condolences to Douville’s family and hope Santana, Berube, and the children involved recover fully from their injuries.

Can Injured Passengers File a Claim After a Crash in Nashua, NH?

Yes, passengers and other drivers hurt in a crash caused by someone else can file a claim in Nashua. In New Hampshire, claims in this situation are usually filed against the at-fault driver’s estate or auto insurance policy rather than against the driver personally.

New Hampshire also follows a modified comparative negligence rule, which means an injured party can still recover damages as long as they are not more than 50 percent at fault for the crash. For passengers, this generally works in their favor, since they rarely have any fault when it comes to the crash.

Passengers in multi-vehicle wrecks can face whiplash, broken bones, or head injuries, and some symptoms don’t appear until hours or days afterward. Children involved in these crashes may need ongoing monitoring even if they appear uninjured at first.

To sort out how the other driver’s estate handles a personal injury claim can involve probate procedures alongside the standard claims process, which is where a car accident lawyer can become useful. Working through medical records, police reports, and the driver’s financial responsibility filing takes time, and the three-year statute of limitations that applies to personal injury claims in New Hampshire means there’s a real deadline to keep in mind.

If your family was hurt in a crash in New Hampshire, our team at Stephen Law is available to walk you through what filing a claim can involve. We have experience sorting through multi-vehicle claims and helping victims understand their rights.

You can reach Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007 to talk with us about your case. We are open to listen to your doubts and help you clear your mind.

Concord, NH (July 1, 2026) – A two-vehicle crash involving two rollovers left at least one person seriously hurt on Interstate 93 South near Concord on Tuesday, July 1. The wreck happened around 1:10 p.m., roughly 1,000 feet south of the Exit 16 overpass.

One person had to be extricated from a vehicle before being taken to Concord Hospital. A trauma alert was issued for that patient.

No names were released following the collision, and the number of people in either vehicle was not confirmed in the initial report.

However, investigators are working to determine what caused the accident.

We hope those hurt make a full and speedy recovery.

I-93 in Concord, NH: Why This High-Traffic Road Is a Common Scenario for Crashes

Interstate 93 is one of New Hampshire’s most heavily traveled north-south corridors, running through the heart of Merrimack County and passing directly through Concord, the state capital. The highway covers just over 131 miles within New Hampshire, connecting communities from Salem near the Massachusetts border north through Manchester and Concord, continuing to Tilton, Plymouth, Littleton, and ultimately reaching Vermont.

In Concord specifically, I-93 intersects with several major routes: Interstate 89 branches northwest from a half-cloverleaf interchange near Bow Junction, serving western Concord and points toward Lebanon and Vermont, and Interstate 393 spurs east from I-93 at Concord’s Exit 15, running concurrently with US Route 4 and US 202 toward Pembroke.

That puts a lot of different drivers on the same stretch of I-93: commuters, truckers, and people passing through on longer trips.

That volume comes with risk. According to a report by TRIP, a national transportation research group, traffic deaths in New Hampshire rose 42% between 2014 and 2024, with the fatality rate climbing 36% over that same period. In raw numbers, that means going from 35 deaths in 2014 to 135 in 2024.

TRIP attributed the rise largely to increases in distracted, impaired, and speeding-related driving, and estimated that serious and fatal crashes cost the state roughly $11 billion over the decade.

Rollover crashes, such as this one near Exit 16 in Concord, can result in severe trauma. What’s more, rollover crashes tend to produce some of the most severe injuries seen in traffic accidents. The most common include traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord damage, broken bones, and lacerations from shattered glass.

After a careless driver injured you in a rollover crash in Concord, NH, a car accident attorney can investigate the incident, review the police report, and build a claim against that driver. A personal injury attorney in Concord can also handle insurance communication while you focus on recovery.

Our team at Stephen Law helps accident victims across New Hampshire after rollover crashes, highway collisions, and all kinds of wrecks. Our team works closely with you to understand what happened and build a solid case on your behalf.

If you were seriously hurt in a car crash in Concord, you may have options for recovering your losses. We invite you to contact Stephen Law at (877) 663-1007 to talk about your case.
