Manchester, NH – Woman Injured in Hit-and-Run Near Wilson St

Manchester, NH (October 30, 2025) – A 45-year-old woman was injured on October 29 after being struck by a vehicle near Wilson Street in Manchester.

According to reports from Manchester Fire, emergency crews rushed to the scene around 11:30 a.m. after receiving reports that a car had hit a pedestrian. When responders arrived, they found the woman sitting inside a white Acura that a vehicle had struck.

The driver of the other vehicle fled the scene without stopping to help or report the crash. Paramedics assessed the victim at the scene and provided medical care.

Engine 7 and other responding units worked to secure the area while investigators gathered evidence and searched for the suspect vehicle. Police have not released a description of the car or the driver involved.
