Motorcyclist Badly Hurt in Crash on Hanover St in Manchester, NH

Manchester, NH (August 27, 2026) – A 63-year-old Manchester man suffered serious injuries on Tuesday afternoon, August 25, when his motorcycle collided with an SUV at the intersection of Hanover Street and Lincoln Street.

Manchester Police and emergency units responded to the intersection around 1:21 p.m. after reports of a wreck that involved a motorcycle. A 2005 Harley-Davidson motorcycle and a 2017 Buick Encore were involved, according to officials.

The motorcycle was headed east on Hanover Street, while the SUV was headed north on Lincoln Street at the time. The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The driver of the Buick, a 65-year-old Manchester woman, was unharmed. 

The cause of the accident remains under review.
