Four Seriously Hurt in Rollover on FE Everett Tpke in Merrimack, NH

Merrimack, NH (September 15, 2026) – Four people were seriously hurt early Sunday, September 13, after two cars collided and rolled over on the F.E. Everett Turnpike. The New Hampshire State Police said the wreck happened around 1:27 a.m. near mile marker 9.0.

State troopers found both vehicles roughly 30 feet off the right side of the roadway. According to a preliminary report, a blue Honda Civic struck the center median barrier before overcorrecting and hitting a green Toyota Yaris. 

Both vehicles then went off the right side of the road and rolled over. The Honda’s passenger and the Toyota’s passenger were also hurt. All four people suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to hospitals for treatment. 

The southbound lanes were briefly shut down, and the right lane stayed closed for about 90 minutes while emergency units cleared the vehicles. 

Authorities continue to investigate the accident.
