Three Hurt in Four-Vehicle Crash on I-393 in Concord, NH

Concord, NH (September 23, 2026) – Three people were taken to local hospitals Wednesday, September 23, after a multi-vehicle crash that involved four vehicles. The wreck closed the westbound side of Interstate 393 near Exit 2. 

According to Concord Fire, emergency units treated those involved at the scene before transporting them for further care. The full scope of their injuries has not been disclosed. 

The westbound lanes remained shut down for an extended period as authorities continued their work at the site. 

Authorities continue to investigate.
